• When you use XMODEM to load software, you select a baud rate other than 9600 bps, but you

have not re-set the baud rate for the HyperTerminal.

• When you use TFTP to load software, you have entered an incorrect IP address, software name, or

TFTP serve path.

• When you use FTP to load software, you have entered an incorrect IP address, software name,

username, or password.

If software loading has failed even if the physical connections are in good condition and the software

loading process does not have any input errors, contact the local sales agent.
