Interface modules

Interface modules must be purchased separately.

4GBE/8GBE

The 4GBE and 8GBE interface modules provide four and eight 10Base-T/100Base-TX/1000Base-T

autosensing Ethernet ports (RJ-45 connectors), respectively. These ports can be set to operate as Layer 3

interfaces or Layer 2 interfaces. Connected to the processor by a 10 Gbps bus, the interface modules

provide high-performance processing power.
